I’m a beginner—can I still join a class?

Absolutely! Everyone starts somewhere, and Blissful Bodies is the perfect place to begin. Our small, supportive classes mean you’ll never feel lost or out of place. We’ll guide you through each movement, help you build confidence, and celebrate every win—big or small. No judgment, just encouragement, and a community that’s got your back 💛

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, a water bottle, towel or reformer mat and grip socks! (P.S grip socks are recommended but not required)

Do I need to book my classes in advance?

Absolutely, to keep our sessions intimate and ensure you have a reformer, you will have to book in advance via our online system - check out our memberships page to book your class.

Can I bring my baby to class?

We are all about supporting beautiful mummas on their journey back to fitness! While our regular classes aren’t baby-friendly, we do offer mum-focused classes at 9:00am Monday & Wednesday where bubs are welcome

Can I attend a Bub's & Balance class if I don't have a baby?

Yes of course you can come along, just keep in mind that these classes are slower, sometimes noisier and we focus on foundational movements

When does my intro offer activate?

Your intro offer kicks off as soon as you purchase it—yep, the clock starts right away! We recommend booking your first class ASAP to make the most of your 2 weeks. Let’s get you moving and feeling amazing!

Can I do Pilates with an injury?

Absolutely, but we need to know about it first. 💛 If you’re managing an injury or need modifications, please arrive 5–7 minutes early and have it noted inside your Momence app when booking. This way, we can keep you moving safely and confidently. If you have a major injury/ limitation please send us a text/ email before your first class

How does the waitlist work?

Our waitlists are magic—truly! If a spot becomes available, the next person in line is automatically added and will receive an email or text to confirm. Make sure your notifications are switched on, and keep your schedule free around that time just in case you’re bumped in!

Is your studio women's only?

Our space is female-focused, but not women-only across the board.

The gym side is a women-only zone, designed exclusively for our female members to feel confident, empowered, and supported during their sessions. 💪🏼

The Reformer Pilates side is open to both women and men, and welcomes anyone looking to move with purpose in an inclusive, respectful environment. Most of our members are women, but everyone is welcome on the reformers.

We also have a male coach on our gym side team—he’s an incredible part of our community and fully aligned with our mission to support and uplift every person who walks through our doors.
