This is where strong bodies are built. SCULPT is designed to improve your form, build lean muscle, and boost your confidence in lifting weights. Expect a structured program, progressive overload, and full-body sessions that leave you feeling empowered, not exhausted.

An upper-body focused strength session designed to build toned arms, sculpted shoulders, and a powerful back. You’ll lift with intention, refine your technique, and walk out feeling capable and confident.

Our lower-body strength session that builds strong legs, supported knees, and a resilient foundation. Expect controlled lifts, progressive overload, and that grounded, powerful feeling from the ground up.

A glutes and core-focused session created to strengthen your hips, improve posture, and support your lower back. This is where stability meets shape, helping you feel strong, supported, and connected through your centre.

Short, sharp, and seriously sweaty. HIIT blends cardio, strength, and explosive movements to torch calories and spike your endorphins. It’s fast-paced, energising, and perfect if you want to boost your fitness in a short timeframe.

How many women are in each pod?

All our classes are capped at 6 women per session to ensure you get personalised attention and coaching every time.

What if I've never lifted weights before?

Perfect! You're exactly who we're here for! Every session is coach led with personalised guidance, so you'll feel confident, supported and safe as you build strength at your own pace.

What if I miss a class? Will I loose my credit?

Life happens- we get it! To keep things fair and running smoothly, we a minimum of 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. This gives others a chance to book in, and ensures your class credit is automatically returned to your account.

Need to cancel? Just jump onto the momence app and make the change - quick, easy and no stress.

Do I have to stick to the same class each week?

No, you’re not locked into the same class each week. One of the beautiful things about our memberships is the flexibility to book into any class, on any day, based on what your week looks like.

That said, all our strength training sessions follow a 4-week progressive overload programming block.

To get the most out of your training, we highly recommend attending the same class each week so you can track your lifts, build week to week, and see real, measurable progress.

Consistency builds confidence and results.
But if life shifts, you always have the freedom to move your sessions around.
