Gone are the locked-in training pods. You're now free to train on your schedule, in a variety of intimate group classes — with the same expert coaching and support we’re known for.

This membership is perfect if you:

  • Want results from a structured training program - not guesswork

  • Create guidance, encouragement and real accountability

  • Are tried of feeling invisible in overcrowded gyms

  • Want to feel apart of something - a community that lifts you up

  • Need flexibility without sacrificing quality coaching

Your membership includes

  • 2, 3 or 5 weekly semi-private sessions (book into whatever suits your week)

  • Access to multiple class styles - From HIIT to recovery

  • 4 week training blocks to track your progress and keep things fresh

  • Hands on coaching every session - we're right there with you

  • A women's only space that's welcoming, inclusive and full of feel-good energy

What classes can I book?

SCULPT

This is where strong bodies are built. SCULPT is designed to improve your form, build lean muscle, and boost your confidence in lifting weights. Expect a structured program, progressive overload, and full-body sessions that leave you feeling empowered, not exhausted.

HIIT

Short, sharp, and seriously sweaty. HIIT blends cardio, strength, and explosive movements to torch calories and spike your endorphins. It’s fast-paced, energising, and perfect if you want to boost your fitness in a short timeframe.

BOXING

A full-body burner with a punch of empowerment. Boxing builds stamina, sharpens your reflexes, and melts away stress. It’s not about perfection — it’s about power, movement, and leaving each session with a huge smile.

Slow it down to speed things up. Recovery classes blend mobility work, stretching, breath work, and nervous system regulation so your body can repair and your mind can reset. Think: less hustle, more healing — and a better you in every other class.

How many women are in each pod?

Our Sculpt and HIIT classes are capped at 6 women per session to ensure you get personalised attention and coaching every time. Our boxing and recovery sessions are capped at 8 women

What if I've never lifted weights before?

Perfect! You're exactly who we're here for! Every session is coach led with personalised guidance, so you'll feel confident, supported and safe as you build strength at your own pace.

What if I miss a class? Will I loose my credit?

Life happens- we get it! To keep things fair and running smoothly, we ask for a minimum 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. This gives others a chance to book in, and ensures your class credit is automatically returned to your account.

Need to cancel? Just jump onto the momence app and make the change - quick, easy and no stress.

Do I have to stick to the same class each week?

Not at all! Our memberships are designed to give you flexibility — you can book into any class, any day, depending on what suits your schedule.

That said, for our SCULPT (strength training) classes, we run a 4-week progressive program. While it’s not required, we highly recommend sticking with the same SCULPT sessions each week to get the most out of your training and see real progress over the block.
